Shipping and Live Delivery Guaranty.
We ship using the http://www.shipyourreptiles.com method (UPS) ONLY!
Shipping charges are actual UPS next day air rates plus $20 for the box and shipping supplies.(around $45-$70)
We will only ship live reptiles next day air to the continuous 48 states. we do NOT export, sorry.
We will not ship a live reptile any other way, we have had success with this method and we will not try another!
Live delivery guaranty.
This guaranty only applies if you are there to receive the animal at time of delivery and
send us an email with photo of damaged box and or dead animal inside, DO NOT REMOVE THE ANIMAL! We will replace/refund
the value of the animal ONLY, if you're not there to recieve the package, the warranty is VOID! We do not reimburse for shipping, if you would like a
replacement animal you will have to pay shipping for the new animal but we will provide the
box and supplies. This is how we can afford to charge so little for our animals. we apologize
but this is the only way, occasionally we may request the dead animal be shipped back to us,
in this event we will send you a call tag.
